1.3 Leads Acquisition via Ads Management

• As part of our Google and Meta Ads Management services, we may run advertising campaigns and directly acquire lead data on your behalf from Google Ads and Meta platforms.
• These acquired leads are stored and managed within your BizBeacon instance, subject to the same usage, security, and disclosure terms as webhook-collected leads.

• CRM Functionality: We store and organize lead data in your BizBeacon instance to support your marketing and sales workflows.
• Platform Improvement: Analyze usage patterns to improve platform performance, user experience, and feature development.
• Notifications: Send administrative or operational updates related to your BizBeacon account (e.g., system maintenance notices).

• No Lead Sales: BizBeacon does not sell, rent, or lease lead information to third parties or other clients.
• Client Control: We are not responsible for how our clients handle, process, or use the leads they retrieve through BizBeacon. Clients are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws (e.g., CASL, GDPR) when contacting and processing lead data.
