Ingrid Deon started her career as a journalist but caught the social media bug when she worked at a digital marketing agency. She started her own social media marketing agency in 2019 and currently works with clients such as Nestlé Canada, Kraft Heinz and Manulife Bank, as well as small businesses across Canada. Word-craft’s small but mighty team of three specializes in organic social media strategy, content creation, community management and reporting.

  • What drives you professionally?
      • I’m obsessed with social media and if I can help businesses reach more of their ideal customers through social media, I call that a win! I love watching my clients’ engagement rates rise with each new post we create for them.
  • What are your professional goals?
      • Word-craft is growing all the time. The goal is to branch out and offer some paid social media support.
  • Any other passions relating to tech?
      • I pretty much just eat, sleep and breathe social media.
